Say you need a voice over track for a national television commercial. You could plug a microphone into a laptop and record your voice, but why would you? A national spot not only costs a lot of money, but the national exposure is worth loads more in potential business. You have to make the best effect possible in order to drive business and gain the best return on your investment. This is why you need the aid of a proper voice over production studio. The quality and professional counsel of a voice over production studio can make the difference between a catchy, successful commercial that will be thought of and background noise that will be ignored or turned off.
Regardless of your wallet, you should consider EdgeStudio.com if you are in the need for voice over production. EdgeStudio.com provides genre-specific directors, engineers, and casting professionals, who offer guidance and in-house production. This is not something that can be achieved with a laptop and a microphone. Although you may want to cut back on consumption by maintaining the production costs to a minimum and producing the voiceover track within your home office, the value would truly be less than desirable in relation to the value, experience and knowledge you would receive by outsourcing to a professional voice over production studio. Thousands, even millions of people are likely to hear the voice over track. Make sure that the audience is hearing the tone and quality you intended to convey by letting the professionals handle your voice over project.

Recession has hit office rentals hard, both inside and outside London. The situation is very bad for the landlords with rents falling by about 20% in the first quarter of this year. It has also been reported that in some places, the owners have started resorting to giving away a free stay for a year or more in return for a lease of five years.
The total space under use has also taken a dive. It is down by 56% from the previous quarter and when compared against the corresponding quarter of 2008, the decline has been a massive 70%.
Overall, office rents in the UK fell by approximately 15% as compared to last year. Meanwhile, retail rents dropped by 13% across the country as businesses tried to combat falling income and closing credit lines.
However, there are some places like Scotland, the East Midlands, and Wales, which have seen some growth in the last one year, while only the South West and East Anglia registered a growth in the last quarter. Pocket areas such as Cambridge, because of its location, remain attractive to large corporate clients and so maintain a demand for office rentals - click here for info on desk space Cambridge.
South East and West End part of London have remained shielded from the carnage being witnessed elsewhere. According to reports, this is mostly due to their excellent locations. Moreover, as the pound has depreciated significantly against other major currencies like the dollar and the euro, foreign investors seem to be getting more interested.
It has been reported that a large proportion of office space leasing business in London is owned by financial companies, and as we all know, these companies have been worst hit by the recession.

Your scent should be a reflection of your personality. But with so many products on the
market, how do you know which one to choose?
You should be able to select the right scent for you based on which category it is in.
Dividing perfume in to five major categories simplifies this enormous task!
Floral
As the name suggests, floral perfumes have strong overtones of
flowery fragrances. From roses to jasmine to lavender, floral perfumes have
long been the most popular and wide-spread scents in the world, and are ideal
for young and not-so-young alike. Anyone who wants to feel pretty and
feminine without being overpowering should choose a floral perfume. Likewise,
they’re great as a safe perfume that’s suitable for all ages and all occasions.
Examples of floral fragrances are Sunflowers by Elizabeth Arden, Calvin Klein
Escape and Anais Anais by Cacharel.
Fruity
Fruity fragrances are generally spicy and fresh. They are quite
youthful in their scent, and suitable for warm and cool weather alike. In winter,
they invoke a sense of warm desserts and cider. In summer, they give an air of
crispness. They are an excellent choice for women who like classic fragrances,
but also want to add a little flair. If you’re the type to be outside with friends on
summer evenings, this is the perfume type for you.
Examples of fruity fragrances are DKNY’s Be Delicious, Champagne by Yves
Saint Laurent and Cheap and Chic by Moschino.
Woody
Earthy tones are the feature of woody fragrances. These perfumes
usually feature such scents as sandalwood, patchouli and cedar, to give a rich,
natural fragrance. Woody perfumes are versatile and easy to wear, and are
better suited to the mature woman who wants to smell fresh but retain an air of
sophistication. These are an excellent choice for the cooler months and
evenings.
Examples of woody fragrances are Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker, Chanel
No. 19 and Givenchy Organza.
Greens
Where woody perfumes capture the essence of forests and
woodland, green perfumes have tones more reminiscent of cut grass and crisp
spring growth. They possess some of the same scents as oriental perfumes,
but are far lighter and suitable for casual wear as well as evening and business
wear. They are generally funky and contemporary perfumes that are most
suitable for younger and sportier people and can be worn on all occasions.
Their neutral tones make them excellent for gifts.
Examples of green fragrances are Charlie by Revlon, Versace Metal Jeans
Women and Diorissimo by Christian Dior.
Oriental
Oriental perfumes are the strongest of all perfumes. Sensual
overtones and rich undertones often make for quite heavy blends, but they are
complemented by the fine scents of sweet vanilla, musk, sumptuous flowers
and oriental resins. Most oriental perfumes have a wonderful crossing over of
qualities from all the other categories from the spicy fruit tones to warm
woody tones and this makes them a superb choice for corporate
environments, evening events and special occasions, regardless of age.
Examples of oriental fragrances are Chance by Chanel, Fendi by Fendi and
Estee Lauder’s Intuition.
Each category also contains a number of sub-categories, where cross-over tones
create more complex fragrances. However, if you make sure you start with the right
basic idea, you will make your shopping experience much more pleasant.
A perfume that reflects your interests, lifestyle and personality can be timeless.
Knowledgeable sales assistants will be able to help you select from a range of suitable
fragrances, so go out armed with what you’ve learned here, ask plenty of questions
about the different perfumes and most importantly choose one you want to wear!

Buying gold jewelry can be fun, exciting and confusing. Whether you’re considering a gift of gold jewelry for someone special or as a treat for yourself, take some time to learn the terms used in the industry. Here’s some information to help you get the best quality gold jewelry for your money, whether you’re shopping in a traditional brick and mortar store or online.
Gold
The word gold, used by itself, means all gold or 24 karat (24K) gold. Because 24K gold is soft, it’s usually mixed with other metals to increase its hardness and durability. If a piece of jewelry
is not 24 karat gold, the karat quality should accompany any claim that the item is gold.
The karat quality marking tells you what proportion of gold is mixed with the other metals. Fourteen karat (14K) jewelry contains 14 parts of gold, mixed in throughout with 10 parts of base metal. The higher the karat rating, the higher the proportion of gold in the piece of jewelry.
Most jewelry is marked with its karat quality, although marking is not required by law. Near the karat quality mark, you should see the name of the U.S. registered trademark of the company that will stand behind the mark. The trademark may be in the form of a name, symbol or initials. If you don’t see a trademark accompanying a quality mark on a piece of jewelry, look for another piece.
Solid gold refers to an item made of any karat gold, if the inside of the item is not hollow. The proportion of gold in the piece of jewelry still is determined by the karat mark.
Jewelry can be plated with gold in a variety of ways. Gold plate refers to items that are either mechanically plated, electroplated, or plated by any other means with gold to a base metal. Eventually, gold plating wears away, but how soon will depend on how often the item is worn and how thick the plating is.
Gold-filled, gold overlay and rolled gold plate are terms used to describe jewelry that has a layer of at least 10 karat gold mechanically bonded to a base metal. If the jewelry is marked with one of these terms, the term or abbreviation should follow the karat quality of the gold used (for example, 14K Gold Overlay or 12K RGP). If the layer of karat gold is less than 1/20th of the total weight of the item, any marking must state the actual percentage of karat gold, such as 1/40 14K Gold Overlay.
Gold electroplate describes jewelry that has a layer (at least .175 microns thick) of a minimum of 10 karat gold deposited on a base metal by an electrolytic process. The terms gold flashed or gold washed describe products that have an extremely thin electroplating of gold (less than .175 microns thick). This will wear away more quickly than gold plate, gold-filled or gold electroplate.

The first step in getting your site noticed is to have a site that is designed in a way that is search engine friendly. That is called SEO (search engine optimized). This is mostly a web designing issue. We will assume that you are starting with an SEO optimized site. But that alone won’t give your site high rankings.
To get the search engines to notice you, you need to understand them. The search engines’ whole purpose is to find quality content– that is what the internet is all about. Information. And the more content (related to your site’s most important keywords) that you have, the more that search engines will like you. They like to see sites that grow with quality content at a steady rate. They also like to see a lot of quality links from other sites on the Internet going to your site.
This is where article marketing comes in. Let’s say you have a website that sells cameras. First you would want to expand your site beyond several pages. You could do that by adding lots of related products. Or you could review products. If you don’t want to do that yourself, look for free articles that review products for you. You could add other related free articles, such as how to use the product, where to display your photos, etc. Maybe start a blog on the topic. Blogs are great for promotion because they are constantly updated with fresh material.
Where do you get all this fresh material? From article directories and article list servers. Because of the rapidly growing need for people to find and submit articles, the number of article directories sites are increasing.
You can take advantage of this fact. You could write an article about you website’s subject (or take the material from what you have already written for your website). For example, how to find a quality camera or how to take great photos. Then you submit this article to article directories. I like to personally add my articles to a new directory every day. By doing this, you now have links all over the Internet leading to your site– links from the article directory, as well as links from everyone who publishes your article for free on their website, ezine or blog.
Article marketing is now considered the method of choice for web marketing. It is the best way to get top placement with the search engines and to drive traffic to your site.
It takes some time and effort to find and/or write and submit articles, but it is free. You can also pay a submission service to send your articles out to more directories than you would have time to do yourself. So, start thinking “content” if you want the search engines to notice you.

The reviews are in and as we expected, they are very good. Everyone, from medical professionals to bad back sufferers, are singing the praises of the latest and greatest developments that have been made in air bed technology. If you are one of the many consumers looking for a new sleep solution, one that will allow you to wake up feeling completely rested, it might be well worth your while to check out what others are saying about sleeping on an air bed.
There are several sources you can check out to see how other people feel about air beds. As a matter of fact, there are several sites on the Internet that are totally dedicated to air bed reviews. The brands recommended or deemed unacceptable vary from one review to the next, although there does seem to be a general consensus on what you should look for when selecting an air bed.
Selecting an Air Bed
The first thing you should look for when selecting an air bed is one that contours to the exact curvature in your spine. This feature will significantly reduce the number of pressure points that can occur which often put undue strain on your back. For added comfort, you should also consider an air bed with a high foam density number…

http://www.exampletrack.com/a.cgi?a476&xxxxx for your use.
If anybody clicks at your ad tracker URL, he will be redirected to your site. And as soon as he does click the ad tracker URL, his stats are automatically inserted in the control panel of your ad tracker program which you can view by logging in to your ad tracker program account.

Auto Responders Have Their Own Ad Tracking Program
One of the big benefits of using auto responders is that they all have their own ad tracking facilities.
What Can Be Your Next Steps After Tracking The Ads?
Since you know which sources are producing and which ones are not, it is easy to identify which ones you should drop. The truth is, you will find that there are at least a few ads that are not making the results. Drop the ones that don’t do well, and cut your ad budget but not your profits!
After you have dropped the poor producers, you can spend more with those bringing in the best results. If you can spend one dollar to make three dollars, so why not increase the amount of times you do ad tracking?
