Shoppers Seek Luxury Comfort in Gucci Accessories

Gucci eyeglasses have begun to substitute Gucci clothing as a display of wealth among the average consumer. Ususally, if you observe the double-G Gucci logo, the brand recogniton is quick. So why spend serious money on a head to toe Gucci ensemble when you can make the same exhibition of wealth with Gucci accessories? This is the new recession logic being utilized by cash strapped shoppers that insist on keeping up a likeness of pre-credit crunch lifestyle.
Because financial belts are being tightened for the everyday consumer, just merely connoting luxury or luxury branding at a lower price point can have a major impact on sales. Notice that Gucci appears in quotations because the sneakers were merely inspired by the design house and not part of a collaborative effort. The “Gucci” 1 used what is clearly a knock off of the Gucci canvas print but with symbols merely resembling the double-G insignialogo, and white trim. The “Gucci” 2 was simply an all black sneaker with the signature red and green stripes as an all over accent trim. At first glance, this shoes appears to be right from the Gucci catalog. The connoted relationship to Gucci makes this one of the most enviable and moneymaking sneakers for Nike.
No matter how many clothes you have, accessories will always make the outfit. Nothing brings an outfit from day to evening better than a well placed brooch or sharp pair of eyeglassess. And now that saving money is finally fashionable, this is the perfect time to invest in Gucci accessories and enjoy the high-class feeling without the outrageous price tag.
